Aventine Resources has a highly experienced Board and Management team with a track record of discovery success, deep capital market experience and strong technical expertise.
Mr Andrew has over 20 years of experience in financial markets across Australia and Asia, having held senior management roles at leading lobal investment banks. He currently serves as Executive Director of Mamba Exploration Ltd (ASX:M24), Non Executive Chair of Olympio Metals Ltd (ASX:OLY), and as Non-Executive Director of Riversgold Limited (ASX:RGL), bringing extensive expertise in capital markets, corporate strategy and resources investment.
Mr Dunn has over 20 years of international experience in legal, equity and capital markets, primarily within the resources sector across Australia and Asia. He has held senior roles with leading global investment banks, including Citigroup, JP Morgan and CLSA, bringing extensive expertise in corporate strategy, capital raising, and market development.
Mr Barbante has over 30 years of experience in the mining and business sectors, including tenure as CEO of public-unlisted White Tiger Resources where he secured two farm-in agreements with global mining companies. He brings a strong network across government and industry, with a proven track record in capital raising and strategic business development.
Mr Kneeshaw is a highly experienced exploration geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry. Most recently at De Grey Mining, he played a key role in the discovery of the 11Moz Hemi Gold Deposit in the Pilbara. His career spans senior exploration roles across multiple commodities and geological terranes with leading companies including Anglo American (LSE:AAL), AngloGold Ashanti (ASX: AGG), Acacia Resources (ASX:AAA1) and MIM Exploration.
Mr King is an experienced base and precious metal geologist with a strong technical skillset. Most recently Principal Geologist at Northern Star Resources (ASX:NSR) following its acquisition of De Grey Mining where he was Exploration Manager. Other roles include Senior Geologist at geological services contractor Digirock Pty Ltd and more than a decade as Geologist at Canadian Teck Resources limited (TSX, NYSE:TECK).
Ms Chua is a Chartered Accountant and Secretary with over 10 years’ experience in accounting, auditing and financial reporting. She has extensive experience providing services to listed and unlisted companies in the resources industry. Ms Chua holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia. She is currently the Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of Great Northern Minerals Ltd (ASX:GNM).
